Такая проверка может дать возможность определить состояние стыков и стенок трубопроводов, области нахождения свищей, изъянов и других изъянов, обнаружить засоры и инородные элементы, несанкционированные врезки и так далее. Телеинспекция может быть применена и в случае приёма трубопроводов в результате строительства, ремонта.
Хорошим плюсом системы видеоинспекции несомненно является её мобильность, легкость подхода к трубопроводу, а также возможность получать изображение внутренних деталей трубы.
